Adjusting the scale of document

How can one adjust the scale of the page/document on illustrator for ipad.

eg on coreldraw, I can always select 1 cm to be 1 feet etc

how can one do this on illustrator for iPad

User-defined scales do not exist in Illustrator on desktop (unless using plugins) or iPad.
