Hi Ashutosh,

 

After upgrade os to catalina and adobe illustrator to 25.0 for a week, The result is better than the old one  but it started to crash again on 29 Oct 2020.

Sorry to hear about the crashing. I know that's really frustrating. A few other users have also reported crashes on macOS and in later investigation, it was found due to some corrupt fonts.

 

I would request if you could try the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-with-ttf-font.html) and let us know how it goes.
