Sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to what @marliton's suggested, I'd request updating your Illustrator to the latest version. Please follow the instructions on this help article to do that.

Hi Ashutosh,
After upgrade os to catalina and adobe illustrator to 25.0 for a week, The result is better than the old one but it started to crash again on 29 Oct 2020.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about the crashing. I know that's really frustrating. A few other users have also reported crashes on macOS and in later investigation, it was found due to some corrupt fonts.
I would request if you could try the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-with-ttf-font.html) and let us know how it goes.
