Adobe Illustrator 2020 crashing

I'm also having this problem, Illustraor 2020 crashes every 15 min. I have uninstalled + re-installed the app and rebooted numerous times to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing exact version of OS & Illustrator?

I'd recommend updating OS & GPU to the latest version.

Have you tried resetting preferences? If, not please try doing that and see if it helps.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

If it does not help, you may also try Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove the app completely and install again once done.

Hi as told use creative cloud clean tool and make sure to install creative cloud desktop application and no older version of adobe application...regards

Sorry about this trouble. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. If not, we have recently released an update for Illustrator 2020 (v 24.3) which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on v24.3, then we recommend you to update to latest version.

 

If that doesn't help, try steps shared in this help article and share your observations with us.

Hi I am new to abobe software. At present I am learning to use illuatrator but everytime I make an illustration all of a sudden it crashes and then automatically recovers the work but it happens constantly. The software is crashing despite updating it. It is the new version(v 24.3).Please guide me through this problem.
