Adobe Illustrator 2020 (v24.2.3) missing text directions on Windows machine

Hi

i have windows 10 enterprise x64

when i installed Adobe illustrator final CC 2020 v24 English/يدعم العربية

i can't find arabic and middle east option

I do uninstall it with windows default and iobit uninstaller and AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool

and reinstall again and the same problem ..

Hi, I uninstall this version and back to version 2020 v24.2.2.518 and work fine

Hi Hassan,

Sorry about this trouble. We're able to replicate this behavior and currently working on it. Till the time it is fixed I would suggest if you could install v24.2.1.
