Adobe Illustrator 2020

I've been having problems with Illustrator. It with neither open a file or start a new file. I've had to hard boot every time I attempt to do this. I have the latest version installed. I did an uninstall and then a reinstall. I rebooted my Mac and installed the latest system software but the problem persists.

Please tell us where your files are located.

Do you have third party plugins installed?

Is there a printer turned on, set up as the default printer, printer driver up to date?
