adobe illustrator 2021 crashing when opening - Apple Silicon

This will help you:

Remove all Illustrator related folders manually from the following locations:
MacOS:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe 
~/Library/Caches
~/Library/Preferences

Restart your computer.

The solution found was having to create a new user on my mac and reinstall all apps. Thank you all
