Adobe illustrator 2021 crashing when opening

I'm trying to upgrade to AI 2021, the installation goes right and when I'm trying to open it just crashes also I have followed the steps define in the below link but still not working.

I'm having the same issue, on OS Mojave 10.14.6

Same here; macOS Catalina 10.15.7; uninstalled AI 2021 and installed previous version which works fine.

While submitting the crash report please use the same email address, with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly.

Once done, please try steps suggested on this help article ( https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-with-ttf-font.html) and let us know if it helps.
