Hi!

I am having an issue since I have updated the software. Adobe Illustrator is not saving files in Ai and PDF format. It is just saving in a ".tmp" format. I don't know why. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software twice but all in vain. Anyone, please assist me.

Can you try and disable "Save in Background" in the preferences?
