Adobe Illustrator CC 2020/2021 Properties Panel (HELP!)

Hello, need help about Adobe Illustrator CC 2020 and 2021. Recently I updated Illustrator and an error occurred. I can't view properties panel from the windows panel on Illustrator. When I click on the top menu bar window>properties it does not show the properties panel pop-up window. What to do?

I am a professional user of Adobe Product and I'm using overall 5years, I never face this kind of problem anymore, NEED IMMEDIATE HELP STRUGGLE FOR 3DAY's.
