adobe illustrator cc 2020 file problems

i am using illustrator cc 2020. my file of vector illustrations is not opening. i faced this problem when my pc was suddenly off because of electricity fluctuation. later on i opened my illustrator first  it shown the window of recovery data i pressed ok to it and then another window opened written "illustrator could partially read this file" i pressed open button in it but again it is showing the same window. i kept pressing the opening button but its not opening. is there any solution if someone knows please help me out!!!!

If it cannot be recovered, then that is that.

Do always make backups. Always have different versions of your files.
