Can you explain how you would use Illustrator in Geology?

I could see Genealogy but not Geology.... unless you are recreating structures or rocks.

I don't know of Youtube channels, but there are the USGS texture packs:

So what is it that you would need to know? The techniques for drawing are the same in all business areas. You can use a lot of the techniques that fashion designers use (patterns, brushes).
