Adobe Illustrator installation failure on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5

Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? I have tried 4x to install the Adobe Illustrator application as part of my free trial. The instructions on the website on how to fix it are not working.

If you have tried everything, then I would recommend you contact Customer Care and let them log into your system and figure it out.
