My friend logged into my adobe account on her computer and used illustrator for a while. She then closes illustrator and signs out of my account. When I tried to open illustrator on my computer (I managed to sign in) it pops out a tab saying that illustrator was still saving work on another computer. My friend and I have tried to sign in and out, opening illustrator again and again. Please help!
try deactivating them through your account on the web
go to https://account.adobe.com/plans
then My Plans -> Manage Plan, then at the bottom of the page you'll see a list of all Activated Devices and a button to deactivate them.
