Hi,

I want to use my Adobe Illustrator 2020 CC libaries. I am signed into my cloud. Apparently Abobe Illustrator is not reading with the cloud that I am signed into my account. How do I fix this??? It's urgent as I have a class assignment to complete!!

I am getting this message and the options are grayed out. "To use Creative Cloud Libraries, you must be logged into a Creative Cloud account". I am logged into my account.

In your creative cloud app, if you click on your profile what does it say? Have you tried signing out and signing back in?
