Adobe Illustrator not responding after I open.

Hi there

I got a very wired issus only with illustrator.  

Here are my specs: 

When I launch Illustrator, the loading screen comes up and after gets loaded then stops responding and I have to force quit.  I can't interact with anything because is not responding and I had to force quit. 

I clear the pref files, I even reinstall my macos. Nothing help... Adobe Illustrator is part of my job and im started to be very frustrated.

I even try to contact the support but... I didnt find anywhere where i can chat with somebody... 

HELP!

I belive it is applying for a normal account. I have a school account - I will try to contact my admin...
