Adobe Illustrator Script: SaveDocAsSVG question?

[Ctrl + Cmd + Create]

I recently used script to convert 132 png files each at 1500px by 1500px 32bit 453kb. The script saved the SVGs at 1kb. Is there a setting i'm missing. When i open the image it looks fine but when I save the open image it saves at 33kb.  I hoping to save some time by batch exporting then zipping it to a client in separate zip files: PNG, SVG, and PDF. I'm super green to illustrator any help would be deeply appreciated.

Why would that be a problem if file size turns out smaller than the suggested maximum? Nothing to do with AI, really. just how some formats work.
