Adobe Illustrator slow performance

ive been working on something and out of no where its starts freezing for 8ish sec the screen somtimes turns black .it doesnt freeze when i move it around but the sec i change the color or undo, or anything that ig changes the drawing it freezes

The signs are pretty clear - you are reaching the limits of your hardware acceleration, so switch to software-only drawing mode. in the long run you may need to spend soem time to straighten this out and update your system's graphics driver and check the configuration.

What OS & AI version are you running. If you restart and only run Adobe cloud and Illustrator how is your performance?
