Hi!

I had to download Adobe illustrator month or two ago because of school, but then this happend. Even though I paid for it, my program doesn't start. The program's paid for, the app's been downloaded, but it only worked for a week, and then it died. And then even though I didn't pay for it, a sum of money from the same program was taken from my account. And there was another problem, and that was that I couldn't even run the program again. I've tried practically everything, and nothing works.

Did you license it through a school account?

Or did you get a student license directly from Adobe?

Please tell us which type of license you have.

Also: which kind of error do youreceive? Any messages from the application?

You could try if any of these work: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

But you might need to contact your school's IT admin.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing more information about the error you get while launching the app?
You may always check your subscription status on  Adobe accounts page & verify your membership. You may also check the details with your school IT team as suggested by Monika. Let us know if you need more assistance, we'll be happy to help.

Regards,

Ashutosh
