Adobe illustrator Upgrade

I just bought a new Mac mini M1 OS SUR I have an old version of Adobe illustrator creative suite 11.0.0 is there an upgrade I can get so I can use on my new Mac mini?

There is no such thing. You are hoplessly out of date. At this point all that exists is Creative Cloud and you need to sign up for it, if you want a current version of AI, with those M1 Macs not even being officially supported yet.
