Adobe illustrator wont creat any new file

Hello every time I try to open AI splash screen load then I would like to open or create a new file it crashes I remove and reinstall and the same problem I'm using MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) Processor 

2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
