I & my co-worker are using the newest Adobe Illustrator. We try Cloud document feature to work together. But, we can't open the document at the same time.

We were succeed once to open the Cloud document together, but what I edited was not updated in her AI.

We relaunch the Creative Cloud & AI program, but everytime we open the Cloud document it's written "Someone else is editing this file. You can make a copy, or wait for [name] to close it and try again later.".

Did I miss the setting? Thank you.

I don't think it is possible to edit the file at the same time, you will get conflicts.

Don't do that! You tricked it once, but mostly it manages to protect you.

How could it work - you'd want an object transformed on one device to instantly transform in the downloaded copy on the other device? It would be wonderful - but it isn't what anyone had in mind when they made Illustrator for Mobile.
