la solucion al problema es cambiar el computador porque la capacidad no funciona con la ultima version del AI, asi que tuve que cancelar la suscripcion que por cierto pague y no puedo ultilizar el servicio, es posible el retorno del dinero del mes que no use ? Mil Gracias
