AI Exporting Problem

Hi everyone, I have a problem with AI and hope somebody here knows the solution. So I'm trying to export my work as jpg or png like Export > Save for Web. But for like 2-3 weeks I've come across the problem in the pic. And it's really annoying. Does anyone know why is it happening? Is this because of an update or sth?

do you save for web a large file?  make sure that the illustrations are not large as the pastboard, maybe there is some objects are away to the edge of pastboard.
