AI Not exporting font with design SVG

I created a design of my daughters name to engrave however when i export the file it does not export the way i made it. Can anyone help please.

Not sure how that Cutter plugin interface works,

but from the picture it seems your artwork is bigger and does not fit into available area.

Try to scale down the artwork.

when exported it is set to the size i need it. i tried opening in inkscape and my laser cutter program it doesnt bring the font when exporting
