AI wont launch/won't respond on macOS Mojave

I've tried to launch Illustrator by clicking on the app, on an AI file and from the Creative Cloud and nothing happens. It appears as if it's inizializing but it keeps freezing on the Welcome Panel and I can't get past it. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, shutting down my computer, restarting it, uninstalling, I've tried everything! It worked just fine a couple days ago, right before the update.
