salut, je n'arrive pas à ouvrir Illustrator cc 2020. lorsque je lance l'ouverture,  ca charge bien, puis ca s'affiche à peine 1 sec à disparait. je ne comprend pas

So it closes automatically after opening? Or shows a blank panel?

Which version exactly is it? There have been updates.

Which system is it?
