All colors are dull

Trying to work on a color palatte off of a screengrab and all colors are muted. Looks correct in Photoshop but not illustrator. I have also had this issue in InDesign when dropping in work. It sometimes exports correctly but when I'm working in the document it is wrong. Huge problems to have! HELP!

Are your color settings the same between Illustrator and Photoshop?

Are you working in RGB documents?

Do they have the same color profile?

Your Illustrator doc looks like it's in CMYK mode while PS doc is surely RGB (the doc title shows this). Show please the color mode for AI and color settings for PS and AI docs.
