My Intel HD Graphics 4600 is up to date

Illustrator tells me I need to date my graphics card and takes me to where I can find updates but Intel tells me my card is up to date.

How do I fix this issue?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Can you please attach the "System Compatibility Report" file here. You will get this file after clicking the "Export Report..." button in the System Compatibility Report dialog.

Thank you for sharing the report. Intel HD Graphics 4600 card is a very old card and hence even if driver is updated, it will still be detected as incompatible. It is advised to either upgrade the hardware or switch the warning from preferences(Preferences > General). Thanks!

Not possible to upgrade as this an ALL IN ONE PC  HP23. Very old but 2 or 3 years is not old to me.

I am no longer able to just replace all of my hardware every 2 or 3 years.  I am an old man now.  And don't make the income I made when I was younger.

Is there a way I can use an older version of Illustrator before you upgraded the system to make it so I can no longer use Illustrator? with my hardware.

Same exact issue with the Intel HD 4600 driver. Illustrator constantly freezes (Not Responding) and is basically inoperable for me. Can I switch back to an older version of Illustrator so I can actually use it?
