All my Adobe CS keyboard shortcuts is gone/changed

I´ve just bought a brand new Imac and downloaded my CS package from Creative Cloud. Now when I open programs from the CS suite, none of the standard shortcuts (hand, zoom etc) is available. At first the spotlight window appeared but that was a quick fix. Unlucky for me that didnt solve the problem...

The system is Catalina 10.15.6

I want to run the latest version of the Adobe CS suite, but here must be
some kind of conflict since the basic standard keyboard shortcuts
doesnt work. Such as the hand, zoom and the different standard choosing
tools

So you are not using Creative Suite products on it but Creative Cloud: Illustrator version 2020 (version number 24)?

You need to check the system shortcuts and see what is still interfering.

The weird world of computers...

I had Excel open when I downloaded and started the CS Suite. Something interfered with the keyboard shortcuts in someway. I quit Excel and everything worked, even when I opened Excel again...

This is one happy illustrator 😄
