Hello all. My company uses Illustrator to edit PDF floorplans, exporting as GIFs to be used in our online platform. We have used Save for Web to export our images, as this allows us to finely tune the size or scale of the plan, which is very important to our process.
The problem is using Save for Web restricts us to 8,192 x 8,192 which previously wasn't an issue, but due to some recent updates in our software, we are now able to go up to 10,000 x 10,000. I have found a work around for this within Photoshop, but not Illustrator.
Can anyone recommend how I would be able to export floorplans from Illustrator, being able to tune the % scale factor, that would allow me to bypass this 8,192 px limit?
I Think OP already managed that, they want to go larger, so the export is 10,000px beyond the current limit of 8192. i think standrd export at a specific resolution, or open into photoshop is the only way currently? or use svg instead.
