an issue creating a new document

so, when i create a new document, it starts in png and with gome guides, and even i take it out when i create other new document it comes again with the same problem. i wish it comes clean and white but i don't know what i do

he creates like this. how i change to a clean and white one?

Use a document preset other than Film & Video.
