Annoying Logo and App Pops Up When I Open .ai

Can anyone identify this app, why does it open with .ai, and how do I stop/block it?

I have the uneasy feeling that it's some kind of malware. The logo, "FC online" (which I can't identify anywhere) is attached.

I would not recommend cleanmymac or macpaw prdoucts as it has had malicous components in the past.

I agree with @Mike_Gondek, please remove this CleanMyMac app in order to stop these popups. This is not related to Adobe or related apps.
