Annullare abbonamento prima della scadenza prova 14

Ciao! Sto cercando di annullare il mio abbonamento entro i 14 giorni come richiesto. Ma non c'è modo di farlo! sul sito non mi fa annullare nulla e l'assistenza clienti non è contattabile fino a lunedì, giorno in cui la mia prova sarà già scaduta... non voglio pagare metà del piano per un'applicazione che non sto usando. Per favore, come posso risolvere il problema ? 
perché non c'è una mail di assistenza clienti ?
