Anybody having issues with New Adobe Illustrator Downloading?

All I see is the 'Waiting....' sign, and nothing actually downloads.  Been 4 hours now and nothing??

Any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

Check your internet connection.

Logout and then in again

reboot the computer

Log out of your creative cloud account and then in again.

Abort and try again.

Helllo, thanks, I rebooted and installed Big Sur and then went back to Adobe and tried again and it all worked.

I've been putting off the Big Sur update, but Illustrator was starting to crash for no good reason, and thats all gone away now!

Appreciate it.  Seemed obvoius when I read it, but was blinded with frustration!
