Like I've done reinstall and restart my laptop but, everytime I want to open something like picture, when I drag it, it become like that. 😞 Badly need. Help me out please.

Apparently your system's graphics hardware isn't up to snuff. The usual steps apply: Update your graphics driver, check the hardware acceleration settings in AI, revert to software-only display in a pinch...
