Arrow keys nolonger moving object but moving view

I hope you can all help

All of a sudden yesterday when I was working my arrow keys stopped moving objects around in illustrator instead it's moving the screen around and jumping it. I have checked my preferences and changed increments as others recommended however this did nothing. Looking for suggestions. Thanks

I found the issue I had somehow inverted my delete button fixed by pressing Function + Delete together this solved the issue

There is some other function overriding Illustrator.

Something in the system or maybe screensharing or screenrecording software running in the background.
