Artboard has no blank space if exported yo svg.

I have logos I want to export to svg, and I want blank space arround the logo, so I am exporting the entire artboard using the "export for screens" export, but I can't get the blank space to export with it, and this only happens in svg. I want to know the cause of this and how to fix it.

I managed to fix the problem, I put a blank rectangle with no fill, and no stroke bellow all layers.
