Artboard name font

Hi, I'm facing a problem with adobe illustrator. The artboard name font cracked it is giving question marks. Please check the attached picture. Anyone can help to fix this issue.

It looks like on of the fonts Illustrator is using for this is missing, most likely a font that is installed with the application. Did you try to de-install and reinstall Illustrator?

Please check that the following two fonts are properly installed and active.

Font Verdana (Four faces, regular, bold, italic and bold italic) and Font Tahoma (Two faces, regular and bold). These have been used for many versions of AI.

Hi, I have veranda font. Maybe the Tahoma is creating the problem, it is
working in illustrator, but in the font book it shows off.
