My customer is using Artiso-Cad and the illustrator file they submit has a ARD layer inside it showing the structure. When I open it the layer no longer lines up with the art. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
Impossible to know without more specific info like export settings the use, unit scales, artboard/ drafting canvas sizes and whatnot.Could be anything from conforming to ISO/ DIN specs changing margins and origins to DPI issues causing wrong unit conversions to some stray CAD data somewhere bloating the content box and affecting export, even if the data is invisible. Anyway, most likely an issue on their end.
