I am working on a Surface Book 2, Intel i7 with a designated GPU Geforce GTX 1050. When I am drawing in Illustrator using my stylus with the Surface in tablet mode more often than not the stroke is not visible while I am drawing, which makes it more than cumberssome to get my lines how I wants them. My settings for the brush are .25 stroke weight, Uniform stroke, and touch calligraphy line style. Even when I switch the style to basic it reverts to touch calligraphy. I am unsure why the stroke continues to fail to display as I am drawing and would like some possible suggestions on where this might be coming from and how to fix it. Thanks.

So you want to have a uniform stroke? Try the pencil tool instead of the brush tool.
Illustrator should show a thin line while drawing.
