Bigger canvas for illustrator

In the sign trade, it would be nice if Adobe can increase the canvas size. 5 square meters is a bit small. Does anyone agree?

Agree. I am working on a project in meters and have adjusted to 100:1 but still isn't small enough. super annoying.  Has anyone figured out if there is a way to increase the canvas size to include multiple large artboards.

I meant large enough, my canvas is too small....
