Some windows are completely black/blank. For example the "Libraries" window. The buttons, boxes and other functions are still there (I can see my cursor reacting when moving it across the window), and I can click them. Unfortunately I can not see what I am clicking on.... So it makes work very frustrating. My workspace is normal, and most windows too! I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but the issue remains. I have also tried turning off the GPU Performance under Preferences > Performance. Did not work either 😞
How do I fix this?

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

So people don't have to download the image you have attached to your post please Edit your post to remove the Attached screen shot and Include it in the body of the text of your post.
You do that by Clicking the "More..." link at the bottom of your post, Selecting "Edit Message" and then use the "Insert Photos" icon in the tool bar at the top of the Post/Reply/Edit dialog box like this.
