When I open illustator, its just this blank black screen? I can open previous projects but when I go back to home to make a new doc, its just a blank screen. I've tried uninstalling cloud and illustator multiple times and the same thing keeps happening. What should I do??

In Preferences > General can you just use the "Legacy new document dialog box"?
