Hi!

Every time I open Illustrator there is a blank text page that keeps coming up. It has no content, yet I can close it and carry on with Illustrator. Its more of a nuisance than anything else. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Thank you!

Sean

You can try and chat with Customer Care. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html You might not be able to reach them over the weekend.

Can you try and disconnect from the internet (like: shutdown your WIFI or pull the cable) - does it work better then?

Not that it's meant to be a solution, just to isolate the issue.
