Blurry/Pixelation when save for web or export

I need some urgent help, I'm designing banner advertisements at these pixel dimensions:

LeadBoard - 728px x 90px

Mobile Leadboard - 320px x 90px

Button - 120px x 120px

MPU - 300px x 250px

Skyscraper - 120px x 600px

But when ever I try to save for web the image becomes blurry and pixelated, so i tried exporting as a png, at 300dpi and it was much clearer but the dimensions changed and went much bigger than the original, if i do 72dpi the image is the correct size but again is too blurry. is there any way round this?

There aren't too many pixels in 120 by 120 px.

Less detail should solve these kinds of issues.

Apart from that: please show something.
