Bounding box active, still cannot resize

Of course.

In my case, I just closed down the app, re-opened it and the problem was
fixed, which reminded me of a similar issue I've had with Photoshop were
every single option gets greyed-out making it impossible to make any edits
until I close the app and open it again.
