Brushstroke don´t scale as rest of graphic

Hello, I have a logo which I had to add some brushstroke to cover holes.
Now I scale the logo smaller and those brushstrokes stay same size. I already grouped it. It works until I get very small then the strokes don´t get as small as the rest.

In Preferences  > General check "Scale strokes and effects"
