Bug Alert: Selecting dimensions by dragging doesn't work here

Hello,

I am not sure there is a similar topic before which i couldn't find, i am experiencing a bug in the program.

Shortly: When i want to change the dimensions of an object, i cant drag-select the numbers. only by double clicking. You can see it from the attached video.

What have you tried to fix this? At the most basic, things of this sort can often be cleared up by a restart of Illustrator or the computer, or resetting preferences.

Well, I'm using laptop so i turn it off and on everyday. Resetting settings didn't help about it at all( Still same.
