BUG illustrator version 25.0.1

Bonjour, 

Mon illustrator plante constamment, quelqu'un aurait une idée ? A chaque fois j'ai une fenêtre qui s'ouvre "envoyer le rapport d'erreur" je dis ok, mais ça envoie à qui en fait ?
