Hello there,
I experience one super annoying problem quite often in Illustrator:
When I zoom in (Ctrl + "+") with an object or several selected, the object is moved just a little bit to the right. It is exactly as if I used the arrow right key.
Does anyone else have that problem or is that due to my laptop?
This is really dangerous as I need to be extra aware when finalizing print data.

Do you see the object XY coordinates change in the Transform or Control panel?

Hi Ton,
I will try and focus on that. I have lots of files to try that the next days and will reply asap.
As a matter of fact the objects move. It is not just a question of display.
For example I got a file back from the printer to fix a (slightly) displaced layer.

Hi Ton,
it happened again and I can tell you that the x coordinate changed from 144,249 to 144,602 by zooming in.
Can you make something of this?

I understand that is problematic, but I cannot replicate it (I am using the most recent version 25.0).
Does it happen in a specific document?

Hi Ton,
I don't know what to do. I just try to not zoom when an object is selected.
So there seems to bee no solution...
I will get a new laptop soon, maybe that solves the problem.
Thanks anyway.

Do you use a tablet? Is the driver up to date?
Did you try to reset your preferences?

Unless someone has a bright idea, I would advise to contact Adobe support, they can have a look into your system.
